Hamilton Police announced on Saturday that a 27-year old Toronto man has been charged and arrested in connection to Tim Bosma’s case.

In a news conference, Hamilton Police Supt. Dan Kinsella said that Dellen Millard was taken into custody on Cawthra Road in Mississauga. He’s being charged with forcible confinement and theft over $5,000. According to Kinsella, Millard was the suspect identified on Friday to have the word “ambition” tattooed on his wrist. The second suspect in Tim Bosma’s disappearance has yet to be found.

Developments on Friday revealed that Bosma’s cell phone had been located in an industrial area in Brantford, and that the two suspects had test drove another truck the day before the 32-year-old disappeared. The seller was not harmed, but police say that the Toronto man was big enough to scare them off.

Brittany Gogo will have the latest tonight at 6pm.
