Arrest in Oakville arson

An Oakville woman’s been charged after a deliberately set fire at a plaza last month.

The fire caused considerable damage to a two-storey office building on Cornwall Road that was available for rent.

When crews got there the night of March 19th, they found a woman outside.

She was treated for minor burns and smoke inhalation.

It took crews an hour and a half to get the fire under control.

43 year old Hilary Cook has been charged with arson.
