Arrest in Kitchener torso case

A 37-year-old man will appear in court later today in connection with the murder of a 24 year old Kitchener woman.

Kelsey Felker’s dismembered torso was found last Saturday morning in the garbage behind a Kitchener apartment building. It was only identified two days ago. The suspect, whose name hasn’t been released by police, will be formally charged with first degree murder and indignity to a human body.
