Arrest in Falls sex assault

A 48-year old Niagara Falls man is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting a young girl.

Police allege the incidents happened in a Niagara Falls home. Gordon Brian Smith is facing numerous sexual assault charges. He’s still in custody awaiting a bail hearing. He’s been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, and exposure. Niagara police are asking anyone with information on this investigation to give them a call.
