Arrest in cycling fatal

The driving rain and winds may have played a role in the death of a cyclist in Niagara-On-The-Lake.

He was riding on Taylor Road just west of White Oaks Monday when he was hit by an SUV which left the scene of the incident.

Later in the day, police stopped a 1998 GMC Jimmy with damage to it in Niagara Falls.

25 year old Ryan Logan of Niagara Falls has been charged with failing to stop causing death.
