Arrest in 2010 Mississauga murder

A suspect in a Mississauga murder last year has been arrested in Hamilton.

Police issued a Canada-wide warrant for Jerome Derby after a man was shot on Ambler Drive in Mississauga last November.

Peel Police say information from the public and help from Hamilton police lead to the 21 year old’s arrest Tuesday.

Derby has been charged with first-degree murder.

He’ll appear in a Brampton court Wednesday.
