Arrest from 1992 sexual assault

A Mississauga man has been arrested in connection with a historic sexual assault.

Police say a secondary school teacher sexually assaulted a teen boy over the course of two years starting in 1992.

Investigators say they’re concerned there may be more victims.

51 year old Michael Russell has been charged with several counts of sexual assault and sexual exploitation.

He’s scheduled to appear in court on December 3rd.
