Around the Bay flash mob

A flash mob was held this afternoon at the food court of Hamilton’s City Centre to get people excited for the Around the Bay Road Race next month.

More than 100 people showed up to promote fitness and the St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation. St. Joe’s is the beneficiary of the fundraiser that runs with the Around the Bay road race. The flash mobbers worked in sync to the song “My Body” by Young the Giant, whose lyrics many runners may relate to during the race.
