Another arrest in Anbari murder

Hamilton police have made another arrest in the fire on Main Street and Ashford that killed a 21-year old man in August of last year.

The fire, which has been confirmed as arson, killed Samir Anbari. At the time, the business was closed and under renovations. When police arrived, they found two vehicles parked directly out front fully engulfed in flames. The man they arrested over the weekend was a young offender at the time of the offence. He’s been charged with “arson disregard for human life” and second degree murder. This brings the total number of people arrested for this murder investigation to five. Police believe all responsible parties have now been charged.
