Analyzing the case against Michael Rafferty

Michael Rafferty’s defence team will begin its case in a London courtroom tomorrow.
In the first phase of this trial, the crown showed hundreds of photos, dozens of videos and called more than 60 witnesses in the trial of the man accused of killing, abducting and sexually assaulting eight year old Tori Stafford.

The defence has to try to convince the jury that Rafferty was a victim who wasn’t in on a crime they allege was hatched by his ex-girlfriend.
