Amid NAFTA talks, the Detroit Auto show begins

The auto industry has a big impact on Canada’s economy especially in Ontario, contributing 18 billion of GDP and 126,000 direct jobs.

There are fears the current negotiations around NAFTA could dramatically impact that, but today at the North American International Auto Show, those fears seemed to be downplayed.
