Americans have to be patient as vote counting continues

As expected, the U.S. election results reflect a divided nation as the counting of ballots goes on. The battleground states that will determine who takes the White House for the next four years are in very tight races and supporters of both the Republicans and the Democrats are sitting on the edges of their seats.  Supporters of each party will be excited watching the results one minute, then devastated just a few minutes later when they see a completely reversed count.  Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio have seen see-saw battles throughout the evening and the Democrats’ early lead in the always-competitive Florida fizzled early.  It could be Wednesday or perhaps several days before a clear winner is determined and we’ll know who the president of the United States will be.
