American fugitive arrested in Toronto

Police have arrested an American fugitive who’s been hiding out in Toronto.

They say he’s been in the city for about a month and was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the Queen Street East and Pape Avenue area.

30 year old Steven Paul Konyaki is wanted by the state of Massachusetts for the rape of a 14 year old girl and two older women.
