Ambert Alert issued for 9 yr old girl believed to be abducted in Welland
An Amber Alert has been issued for nine year-old Layla Sabry.
She was last seen December 1st at 6pm at 6 King Street in Welland.
She is described as white, about four-foot-two, with a thin build, brown hair, and brown eyes, and is also known as Layla Haist or Arya Dillon.
Her mother, Allana Haist, is the suspect. She is described as white, 38 years old, five-foot-one, with medium
length brown hair, and brown eyes, and also goes by the names Kate Dillon or Lana Marie.
