UPDATE

An Amber Alert for two young boys and their grandfather has ended.

York Regional Police says all three have been found safe.

They’d been missing from Newmarket since 3 p.m. Wednesday. The trio was found driving in Toronto just before 5 a.m. Thursday.

Police say there was no malicious intent, and the grandfather was lost and confused.

Police confirm they were found as a direct result of the Amber Alert.
