Alley cleanup

One Hamilton man has spent the last six years keeping the alley way behind his house clear of garbage, needles and other litter. The back of Chuck Eelharts home sits on what has been dubbed “listerine alley”, the homeowner says he likes his neighborhood and wants others to take pride in it. Perdita Felicien has the story.
