Aggravated assault charges at Gentleman’s Club

In the late evening hours of February 23, 2016, a verbal altercation occurred between two women at Private Eyes Gentleman’s Club which is located at 3 Niagara Stone Rd in Niagara-On-the-Lake.

The argument resulted in a 24 year old victim being stabbed and slashed by a knife.

The victim was transported by ambulance to the Niagara Health System in St. Catharines as a result of the injuries sustained during the altercation.

Charged with Aggravated Assault is 27 year old Ashley Herrick of Fort Erie and 19 year old Bailey Roy of St. Catharines.

Ashley Herrick is currently outstanding and a warrant for her arrest is being sought.

Bailey Roy was taken into custody and was held pending the outcome of a bail hearing.
