After seven years, Niagara tunnel finished

Updated The Niagara tunnel project reached another significant milestone today.

The first water started flowing through the tunnel and producing hydroelectricity. Lauran Sabourin tells us it’ll generate enough electricty to power a city the size of St Catharines.
