Hamilton voters can begin casting municipal election ballots Friday.

Advance polls in the city will be open Friday and Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as Saturday and Oct. 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Each of Hamilton’s 15 wards will have one advanced polling station, which can be found on the city’s website.

Different municipalities may have different advance poll dates.

Advance voting is available at three locations across Burlington on Oct. 15 and 18.

Voters in Niagara Falls have been able to cast their ballot in advance since Sept. 28. They can continue to do so until Oct. 21 at City Hall from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., except for Thanksgiving Monday.

Voting day for Ontario municipal council and school board elections is set for October 24th.
