Adam Atkinson races James Hinchcliffe to raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation

It takes James Hinchcliffe just under 23 seconds to get around a go-cart track at K1 Speed in Toronto.
He’s been go-karting since he was a child, but now he’s one of the top ten Indy car drivers in the entire world.
He challenged mere mortals to a race to raise money for charity. For every lap that Adam beats James Hinchcliffe, Honda will donate $1,000 to the make a wish foundation.
Hinchcliffe’s time of 22.9 seconds was the top lap time on the day, but Honda still donated $25,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation which grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.
James Hinchcliffe is hoping to keep the speed going at this weekend’s Indy he says getting the checkered flag at home would be unforgettable.
