A Niagara campground is fielding hundreds of complaints about a company in China

A business owner in Niagara Falls has been battling mega online retailer amazon for one year over a simple mixup. The local business has been stuck fielding hundreds of calls from disgruntled customers about products being sold online by another company with the same name. Kelly Botelho reports.
