A Niagara Falls man with down syndrome is finally getting his long-awaited moment in the limelight.

40-year-old Chris Morocco has been dancing for three decades but he finally got the chance to compete, something he’s been dreaming about since he put on his dancing shoes.

His dance instructor for over 30 years, Kathie Maves helped him achieve his goal last Saturday at the Power of Dance competition in Rochester, New York.
