A big welcome for new students

Brock University welcomed some fresh, first year faces today.

It was move in day for students going into residence. Volunteers were on hand to help with the heavy lifting, and make the newcomers feel more at home. Classes start on Wednesday.

In Hamilton today, the President of McMaster personally welcomed all of his new students. President Patrick Deane, and other school leaders, shook thousands of first year hands today, as part of the university’s welcome week.

The newcomers are starting to get settled. 3,600 students moved into to McMaster’s residence this weekend.
