A CFL fan from British Columbia was excited to make his first trip to Hamilton to see the Grey Cup this December. He booked hotel rooms in April to make sure he and his friends would have a place to stay. But this week, the Marriott on Upper James told him his hotel booking had been canceled, throwing the whole visit into jeopardy. Lisa Hefner reports.
