Metrolinx to demolish some properties purchased for Hamilton LRT

Metrolinx will begin demolishing vacant buildings that were originally purchased to make way for Hamilton’s LRT project. But with no final decision yet on the long debated light rail transit, Metrolinx says at this point, they are simply tearing down the buildings for safety reasons and nothing else.
