9/11: NYC still scarred

From an outsider’s point of view, New York City appears to be rebuilding and is as strong as it was ten years ago.

But as Nick Dixon found out, the more you talk to New Yorkers, you realize those deep and painful emotions and memories of 9/11 are still there.
