Black Friday deals are already underway and with the pandemic in its second wave shopping habits are shifting online. Google Canada is reporting that 70% of Canadian holiday shoppers say they are browsing for presents online, instead of in-store, a finding that isn’t great news for small businesses. Phil Perkins reports.
