53 charges laid against two men after police seize guns and drugs

Two Hamilton men are facing a number of charges after police seized guns and drugs from a car.

Police found a handgun, pistol and loaded revolver along with bullets, cocaine and marijuana. Police say they observed a couple of drug deals Friday night in the area of Upper James and Upper Gage. They followed the car and then stopped it on Highway 5 East in Flamborough. Both men were arrested without incident.

25 year old Aqeel Alli and 24 year old Mario Bixhi are now facing a total of 53 charges including tampering with a serial number of firearm and cocaine possession.
