52nd Vanier Cup: Laval vs. Calgary

The 52nd Vanier Cup is set to take place, Saturday, at Hamilton’s Tim Hortons Field.

Nationally top-ranked Laval University Rouge et Or will kick off against No. 6 University of Calgary Dinos.

With eight Vanier Cup titles, the Quebec City squad are the most dominate program in the nation but with one of the youngest squad in recent memory, the Rouge Et Or were not supposed to be in the national championship game, making this post season ride even more rewarding.

Kickoff for the football championship game is set at 1 p.m. at Tim Hortons Field.
