4 charged, 1 wanted in Niagara Falls drug investigation: police

Niagara police are searching for the fifth and final suspect wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation into the sale of illicit drugs in Niagara Falls.

On Tuesday, police executed four separate search warrants in the city, where they recovered 2428 oxycodone pills, 104.2 grams of MDMA, 18.4 grams of cocaine and nearly 500 grams of cocaine, along with just short of $5,000 in currency.

As a result, detectives were able to successfully arrest and charge four individuals in connection with the seizure.

Investigators say Alexander Fraser-Maxwell, 40, of Montreal, Quebec remains outstanding and wanted on two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

He is described as black, six-foot-three, slender, with black hair and brown eyes.

Dorina Cera, 22, 44-year-old Clifton Maxwell, 44-year-old Brima Kemokai, 34-year-old Nadine El-Asmar and 41-year-old Conrad Douglas have been arrested and charged with an array of drug-related offenses.

Niagara police say Brima Kemokai is additionally wanted by the province of Alberta for several charges and currently has a Canada-Wide Warrant in effect related to his immigration status.

The four accused were held in custody pending a bail hearing on Wednesday.
