3 billion litres of wastewater bypassed Hamilton’s treatment plant into Lake Ontario last year

The city of Hamilton says high lake levels are to blame for the over three billion litres of wastewater that bypassed into our waterways last year. Environmentalists say this is a perfect example of climate change in the works. Kelly Botelhom reports.
