2nd man arrested in London, Ont. stabbing, standoff

Police have arrested a second suspect in relation to a fatal stabbing investigation in London, Ont. last weekend.

Officers say they first received reports of an unresponsive man around 5 a.m. on Saturday on Kipps Lane.

Upon arrival, a man was found with multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead a short time later. He has been identified as 41-year-old Joel Cameron of London.

Adrian Neil Campbell, 42, was taken into custody on Saturday and charged with one count of second-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.

On Tuesday, Devon Ferguson-Feit, 28, of London was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

Officers say Campbell, who was armed at the time, barricaded himself inside of an apartment and was involved in a standoff over the weekend.

Two officers were taken to hospital, one with serious non-life-threatening injuries and the other with critical non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators say the deceased and accused were known to each other.
