Update:  All charges against Michael Jraijri were withdrawn by the Crown on January 15, 2015

Niagara Police have made a second arrest for a shooting in St Catharines earlier this week.

Marlo Argueta, 25, of St Catharines is charged with 2 counts of attempted murder. Michael Jraijiri is facing the same charges.

Both are accused of shooting two people in the area of Roehampton Avenue and Bunting Road. The victims were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
