$2M internal rip-off at Toronto Salvation Army

Updated As the crucial Christmas fundraising season kicks off, the Salvation Army is in damage control mode.

It comes after around $2 million in toys was stolen from a Toronto distribution centre. Kate Carnegie reports it’s a crime that has a lot of people shaking their heads: especially because a Sally Ann employee has been charged.
