$25M for new seniors & rec centre near Pan Am stadium

Hamilton councillor Bernie Morelli says the city plans to invest $25 million in a new seniors and recreation centre near the new Pan Am soccer stadium, also known as Tim Hortons Field. However the city isn’t saying where it will be located, since the land purchase has not been finalized.
