2024 CHCH Christmas Toy Drive kicks off

CHCH officially kick off the annual toy drive, partnering with the East Hamilton Optimist Club and Eastgate Mall.

Charles Manning, from the East Hamilton Optimist Club, says, “Last year we helped 290 families, which came to over 700 kids.”

CHCH News Director Greg O’Brien says the success of the toy drive is largely due to the generosity of CHCH viewers.

Charles Manning says the toy drive is looking for new, unwrapped donations for kids 12 and under.

These can be dropped off outside Santa’s Spot in the Eastgate donation bin or at CHCH News during business hours.
