2 people seriously injured in Haldimand ATV collision: OPP

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after two people were seriously injured in an ATV collision in Haldimand County Friday night.

Emergency responders were called to the area of Haldimand Road 9 and Third Line around 8:20 p.m. for reports of a collision.

Investigations determined that two ATV’s had been travelling down a private lane in tandem when one lost control and ejected both occupants.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital with serious injuries, while the passenger was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
