As a result, a 15-year-old male resident of St Catharines was arrested Monday in connection with the incident.
Investigators say that due to the suspect’s age he will be introduced to the extrajudicial measures program rather than facing charges.
Anyone with further information is asked to contact the lead detective by dialing 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009408.
