105,000 check out SuperCrawl

The final tally is in, and 105,000 people attended this year’s SuperCrawl in Hamilton.

25,000 of those were from out of town.

Ontario’s tourism & culture ministry estimates the event had a major economic impact on the city, with nearly $9 million being infused. SuperCrawl 2012 saw 80,000 attendees so this year’s numbers were a big jump.

The event showcases live music, food vendors and artisans.
