For the first time, Hamilton has taken part in “100in1Day”. It is a day of artistic happenings of all kinds across the city. This happens as the city announces more funding for the arts for the first time in 15 years. The idea started in Bagota and took place on Saturday all over the country including: Vancouver, Toronto and Halifax. It is the last big event of the first ever Hamilton Arts Week and will benefit among a dozen groups with a $500,000 boost next year from the city.
