1 dead after overnight crash on Burlington QEW

One person is dead after an overnight crash in Burlington.

Authorities closed down an eastbound stretch of the 403 highway shortly after 11:30 p.m. Sunday following a multi-vehicle crash.

The closure near Waterdown Road was cleared shortly before 5 a.m. Monday.
