Celebrate the winter season at Fielding Estate Winery

First Published:

Emily Vukovic visited Fielding Estates Winery in Beamsville to try some wine and food, and learn about what they have going on for the season.

She started off talking to winemaker Ritchie Roberts about their new red wine, which is a Barrel Reserve Red that was done in old whisky barrels.

Speaking of wine, owner Heidi Fielding talked to Emily about what food to pair with sparkling and white wines that will really compliment the dish and make you appreciate the taste more.

The winter domes are now open at Fielding, and they have a new cozy menu with Revalee Brunch Café. And next weekend Fielding is part of the Winter Wine Trail. Five wineries in the Bench are taking place in the trail showcases their sparkling wines. Tickets are $45 per person and you get to chose where you start. Each winery will be pouring their finest sparkling wine paired with an appetizer.
