Brantford police seek man after armed robbery

Brantford police are investigating an incident after an armed man robbed a retail store at 12:30 a.m. on Thursday.

Officers say a suspect was reported to have entered a retail location on Shellard Lane, brandished a gun, and demanded cash from the store employee.

According to police, no physical injuries were sustained as a result of the incident.

The suspect is described as around 30-years-old, 140lbs. and five-foot-10.

The man was last seen wearing a blue COVID mask, brown jacket, dark pants, and brown hooded sweatshirt.
