Brantford police looking to identify suspects in pharmacy robbery

Brantford police are looking to identify four suspects involved in a robbery at a pharmacy in the city on Monday afternoon.

Investigators say they responded to a reported robbery at the pharmacy at Colborne Street West near Mt. Pleasant Street.

According to officers the four masked suspects entered the business, threatening employees and unsuccessfully attempted to access the safe.

Police say the suspects stole an unknown quantity of cash before fleeing the scene.

No weapons were reported, though minor physical injuries were sustained by an employee as a result of the incident.

The suspects are described as three Black men and one man who is of unknown descent. All suspects are believed to be around 18 years of age and around five-foot-eleven.

All suspects were additionally believed to have been wearing black and grey sweat suits and face coverings, while one was carrying a black satchel, and another wore a baseball hat.

Images of the suspects have not been released by police at this time.
