Border loophole

A Tim Hortons in Fort Erie has become a hub of sorts for people driving or walking across the border. Some travellers continue to fly to Buffalo and cross the land border, instead of flying directly into Canada – in order to by pass the mandatory hotel quarantine. Kelly Botelho reports.
