Investigators say Neumann was getting off of a raft when it began to drift away with the dog still aboard. After attempting to save the dog, it is believed he was submerged in water.

Police have been unable to confirm the identity of the body found on Saturday and whether it is Liam Neumann.
Investigators say that a postmortem examination is being conducted to positively confirm the identity of the individual discovered.
