Body found in Lake Erie, police seek public’s help to identify

Norfolk Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are looking for the public’s help in identifying a body recovered from Lake Erie.

Police say the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre Trenton and Canadian Coast Guard were conducting training exercises when they located the body at the top of Long Point on the south shore.

Police have shared a photo of a logo on the victim’s hooded sweater.

The deceased is described as a white man, about 5’9″, 160-180 lbs. He has brown hair and was wearing jeans and black shoes.
