Biden to address the nation, explain decision to drop out

For the second time in history, a president will address the nation and explain why he has decided to remove himself from the Democratic ticket and opt not to seek re-election.
Biden’s speech is also expected to set the tone for what Kamala Harris’ campaign will look like.

New polling shows that while Harris has a slight up on Donald Trump in the race, some experts are warning that may be due to what they’re calling the “honeymoon phase” of her candidacy.
