Hamilton Port Authority adding second skimmer to collect garbage in the Hamilton harbour

It’s the Hamilton Harbours trash can that collects plastic garbage, and any debris that floats on the water. The port authority says the new way of cleaning up our lakes and oceans has made tremendous waves locally, but more needs to be done to make sure garbage doesn’t end up in our waterways in the first place. Kelly Botelho reports.
