Kitchener business files complaint against Hamilton Councillor Sam Merulla

A complaint has been filed with the office of the integrity commissioner against Hamilton city councillor Sam Merulla.

This comes after a woman says he threatened her during a phone call about fitness equipment he had ordered.

The woman, Gina Richardson, says after the call she was afraid he would show up at the Kitchener fitness company she works for and decided to call police.
